Scope
This policy applies to visitors and customers of the KLATS online store in Ukraine and the EU/Poland. The data controller is Vladyslav Holubiev (Владислав Голубєв), reachable at klats.business@gmail.com. We need certain data to process and deliver your order—without it, we cannot fulfill your purchase.
Data we collect
We collect your contact details (name, phone, email), delivery information (address or branch/locker, city, postal code, country), order details (items, sizes, colors, prices), payment method and masked card data from WayForPay, device information (IP address, user-agent, cookies), and any notes or messages you send us.
Why we use it
We process your data to fulfill and manage your orders (contract), handle payments, refunds, and delivery (contract/legal obligation), meet tax and accounting requirements (legal obligation), prevent fraud and maintain store security (legitimate interests), and measure site performance through aggregate analytics (legitimate interests).
Sharing
We share data with WayForPay for card payments, delivery partners for shipping and cash-on-delivery, and hosting providers. We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, appropriate safeguards apply.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: 'cart' stores your shopping cart for 30 days, and 'klats_customer_id' keeps your customer ID for checkout (2 years, httpOnly). Vercel Analytics may collect basic usage data without cookies.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment and legal obligations. Other data is retained only while required for the purposes described above.
Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
In the EU/Poland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. In Ukraine, you have the right to know about, access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your data.
