14 days to change your mind
You can return an order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.
How to return
Within the 14 days, write to klats.business@gmail.com with your order number and the items you return. We reply with the return address. Send the items within 14 days of your message.
Condition
Send the gloves unworn, in their original packaging. You can try them on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn or damaged, we can reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Free returns
Returns are free. Write to us first: we send you a return label, or we pay back what you paid for standard tracked postage.
Refund
We refund the price of the items within 14 days of your message. If you return the whole order, we also refund its standard delivery cost. We can wait until the items arrive back. A card payment goes back to the same card; a cash-on-delivery order is refunded to the bank account you give us. We refund in UAH, the currency we charged, so your bank’s exchange rate can make the amount differ a little.
Another size or color
Want another size or color? Write to us. If it is in stock, we send it when your return arrives. Sale items can be returned for a refund but not exchanged.
What we cannot take back
Bespoke gloves made to your measurements or design cannot be returned. Rentals follow the rental terms. A gift certificate can be returned within 14 days if it was not used; a used one cannot.
Defects
If an item is defective or is not what you ordered, write to us with photos. We repair, replace or refund it, and we pay the shipping. This does not limit your statutory rights for defective goods.
